US POSTAL SERVICE
USPS Priority Mail International transit times are 7-14 business days. With USPS there is NO guaranteed delivery time. There are times when your package is stuck in customs so it takes longer but most packages arrive within 5-7 days.

UPS
UPS transit times are 2-5 business days. UPS charges Brokerage Fees in addition to your country's import fees, the brokerage fees will be more than the postal service to receive your package. The reason for the brokerage is to get your package through customs more quickly.

Orders for items in-stock ship within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday. We make every effort to ship the same day your order is placed but not all orders make it on the truck every day.

REFUSED AND/OR ATTEMPTED DELIVERY
If you choose to abandon your package, you will not be issued a refund. If the carrier attempts to deliver your package and you are not present to take possession of the package, it is your responsibility to find out who the carrier is (most often Canada Post) and where the package is. We have no control over customs or carriers in your country. If a delivery attempt has been made, this fulfills our obligation for delivery and you will not be refunded for any package that was not delivered because you were not present at the time.

 

SNOWBOARDS TO CANADA
We can ship a snowboard via USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL mail if the snowboard is 154cm and UNDER. The box cannot be longer than 60”. If the snowboard is 155cm and up, it MUST ship UPS Standard.

ALL SHIPPING DISCREPENCIES (MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS) MUST BE
REPORTED WITHIN 72 HOURS (3 DAYS) OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIMS FOR MISSING ITEMS AFTER THAT TIME FRAME.
