Named after one of the dormant volcanoes in the Portland area Rocky Butte. This new version is all about Freeriding and bombing hills. Top Mount and perfectly symmetrical for a variety of setup options and riding styles. Features 2 sets of truck holes (New School pattern) for 2 wheelbase options. Made from 8 plies of extra thick longboard grade Maple veneer that's very durable. Laminated with nontoxic waterproof glue into a mold with 2 inches of flat in the middle with a solid 5/8" plus concave leading up to sharp top edges for maximum leverage on the rails. The Effective Foot Platform (EFP) is 27" which gives you plenty of space to spread your feet out for sliding both standup and crouched, drifting corners, and getting into a nice low downhill tuck. A combination of wheel cutouts and wheel wells allows for a diversity of setups including wheels up to 76mm with no riser for no wheelbite depending on what trucks and hole set you choose.

This board is Massive. aT 10.125 inches wide near the trucks you have plenty of room for your size 13 feet. The sharp edges keep your foot from slipping off and the concave is so tight the only way to get locked in more would be to add foot bindings to it. I have mine set up with bear 852s, and it doesnt bite my in heats (75mm) without risers. I havent taken this thing to any 35mph dh yet but with what i've experienced from its freeride i'd still giive it a 5 stars. Get this board. don't think about it, get it.

The new mold for this shape is money, featuring a super solid concave that locks in way more than the 2010 version. Also added is wheel-wells combined with the cutouts to allow wheels up to 75mm with no risor for no wheel-bite, something a lot of top-mounts fail to do. Plus its price is amazing for this quality hand made board made from 8 plies of super thick maple that can hold heavier riders with very little flex. I've used it as my racing board all season and it hasn't changed a bit!

im rocking this thing with sabres and beasts....and so far i absolutly love it...i enjoy having a tall topmount because all my friends boards roll under it...only problem ..well its not even a problem cuz its a great board..but i wish it had just a lil bit deeper concave ...i would deffinitly recomend this board

Sweetness! I love that Portland dudes are making boards now! I bought this and love it! I like the slightly heavy feel of this board! My guy friends cant believe me nowadays either! I smoke them and can get into slides very comfortably... Chicks sliding on wood, guys love it.

I've been riding this board for a while now and it rocks! With the larger cutouts you don't have to worry about wheel bite even with flipped Randels, w/o risers. The foot space on this board isn't comprimised by the larger cutouts either. The added concave and width locks you feet in too. This board is a solid, reliable, symmetrical topmount perfect for freeriding and downhill.
