Customer Care Specialist/Sales Associate

We have an immediate need for a Customer Care/Sales Associate to build and maintain relationships with our customers in order to promote our products and services.

The Customer Care Specialist will assist our customers, both in store and online customers, with purchases and /or questions. The Customer Care Specialist will be available to assist our customers with any issues they might have. A professional attitude is the key for this role.

The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, must have an outgoing and engaging personality and must be very customer focused. The Candidate must have above average computer skills, phone skills, math skills and be a problem solver and self motivated. You must be able to speak intelligently and professionally. Honesty, Integrity and trustworthiness are an absolute.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
• Strong work ethics.
• Must be customer focused and Internet literate.
• Any past customer service experience is an advantage.
• Must be over the age of 18 and have a driver’s license.
• High School Diploma Required
• Above average computer skills required. (Knowing how to email your buddy does not qualify you.)
• Must agree to a credit and background check
• A strong sense of humor is a plus. This is not a sheltered, sweet or quiet environment that you will be working in.
