I love using the adjustable big stick in all my longboarding adventures! being adjustable is great cause I can use it as a baton and layeth the smack down uponeth the bad guys around Hawaii. It's also a great upper body workout. My guns have never been more sculpted in my life! YOU SHOULD BUY THIS!!! -DOG
