We get many calls and emails about how to protect the ends of a Loaded Dervish or Vanguard Longboard. We put our brains to it and found this nifty little product that fits the Dervish and Vanguard perfectly. Just peel the adhesive off the nose guard and apply it to the tip or tail of your longboard. It couldn't be easier. These nose guards were designed for surfing so they will hold up very well to the weather a longboard commuter might endure.
Available in 4 colors, one guard per package, get yours today.

love the noseguards, but one noseguard is coming off and brushing against the wheels. what helps the sticking cuz i was wondering what can i add to make sure it stays on? i dont want to ruin the finish on the board tho.

Works well, but how do you take it off?!
Wil (PDX) 3/29/2009 12:15 AM
It does what its supposed to. The rubber on it cushions the board. It does not protect your board when it runs into walls and things at 30 miles per hour when you bail. What it does do is protect it when you run into curbs when your carving, and protect it from scuffs. I have used it for quite awhile on my Dervish, and it has worked well. However, it is coming off on the sides were it "glues" on. The glue is remaining on the board, but the noseguard is coming off. I can't get the glue off... Does anyone know any solutions to getting it off? I was told to use Goof Off, but I am not sure, as it might react with the finish that is currently on the Bamboo.

Don't cut it in half
The Shmoo (the Bay) 2/26/2009 8:24 PM
When I cut mine in half it didn't really work. They both fell off and left glue on my dervish. I got the glue off eventually.
