The Nosejob is a protective nose-guard for a drop-through style longboard. Designed to fit the majority of drop-thru longboard styles available. When you lose control of your board and it goes flying into a curb or hard object, this often means damage! Sometimes this damage can be fatal or unfixable. Prevent fatal damage to your board with the Eastside Nosejob! The Nosejob also features hardware release hole slots to prevent your hardware from bending on an impact. The Nosejob serves as a solid insurance investment that will increase the longevity of your board.

Install / Maintenance instructions:

1/4" longer button head mounting hardware is needed on the truck where a Nosejob is stalled.
Mounts underneath your board. Loosen your kingpin and remove it and the hanger, leaving your baseplate on the board.
Remove the hardware nuts and washers and slide the Nosejob through the screws.
Slide the Nosejob as far forward as it will go.
Weight 2 ounces
Put the washers and nuts back on and tighten firmly (not excessively).
Complete the assemble with the hanger, kingpin, and bushings, and you are ready to go.

After an impact to the Nosejob:

Notice if the Nosejob has slid back a bit through the hole slots.
If so, simply loosen the hardware nuts a bit and slide the Nosejob forward again.
Re-tighten the nuts and you are ready again. This step is important in preserving the life of your hardware and the Nosejob.

Lasting through boards, fit nice

Got the latest version of these last spring to put on my old Vanguard. I got 2 for $30 bones though. Another review here says $34, and now I see that's true? Still a great deal but even better for 15 each, was thinking I needed new set for another board. Instead I just took em off my Loaded board I don't ride much now and put them on my new downhill board the Gravity Mauka. Fit great on there too and already saved a few curb shots.

For an extra $34 these will save you buying a new drop through deck that cost hundreds!! Currently on my Rayne Amazon saved my board twice!!! Nobody is perfect get these today before it’s too late!!! Ps they sick out about 3.5cm being fully out on my board but the see-through dark grey colour makes you hardly notice and adds more protection. Love it

So glad I bucked up and bought a set of 2, has saved both ends of my 9tp5 as I sometimes loose my board freeriding on steep hills, hitting the curb pretty hard over the last few months. See some of my friends who've had to replace their deck with no protection, drop-thrus bust easy without one.
