Orangatang In Heat Longboard Wheels 75mm - SET OF FOUR

Quick Overview

Pick up momentum and fly by your friends! These downhill wheels are grippy and oh so smooth!
Nothing's goes with a new set of wheels better than a fresh set of bearings. If you're not sure what bearings do, they're what makes the wheels (and the entire board) move. They fit tightly and stay inside the wheel hubs using pressure. All skateboard bearings are sold in sets of 8 (2 per wheel).
If the board is to be used for all-around riding or getting around town, spacers are NOT needed. Spacers sit between the bearings in the wheel and provide additional stability for more advanced riding.
Used to keep the bolts on your board nice and tight and/or to assemble the board.
Lubricant and cleaning kits are used to keep the bearings in the wheels turning quickly and smoothly; if this is your first board, these upgrades are not necessary. Make sure you love to ride first!

How They Shred:

The Orangatang In Heat wheels are top quality racing wheels and they have tons of big-name pros riding them so you know they’re awesome! If you go into the harder durometers, such as the 83a and 86a versions, the result will be a highly predictable wheel when drifting and sliding. They have a really interesting cut-in towards the core of the wheel; it is ribbed and creates different levels of density for more grip, a more consistent slide, and a more even wear. Having different levels of density, the Orangatang In Heats end up being great wheels with a superb roll speed. We love the In Heats for straight up hill bombing, 80a is definitely our favorite durometer. They are super smooth, super fast, and have a buttery slide. Speed checks never felt so good!

Exactly what I needed!
Used on a Loaded Fattail with Paris V2 trucks. Specifically needed wheels for cruising, carving, roll speed and comfort. Wanted a pair of grippy wheels that could roll over road imperfections, were grippy, and went forever with each push. I ran through several Orangatang variations in 80a: Stimulus, 4pres, Kegels and these In Heat. Of these models, the In Heat gave me exactly what I wanted!

Not sure why some would give a bad rating because they don't "slide well". Although they can slide after breaking in, these are not meant to excel in sliding. Go with stims or Dorian for sliding.
Great wheels ! ! !
These wheels are perfect for speed ! ! !
Provides high speed and incredible stability ...

But to sliding doesn't work well ...

Thanks \o/
Superb, and as advertised
I ride mostly through the city, so I needed wheels that will easily roll over small-to-large sized pebbles, uneven sidewalk cracks, etc. .. these monkey wheels far exceeded my expectations!
Best downhill I've ridden, I got 83a's and they roll over anything, dunno about people saying they're good for sliding cause mine are choppy as hell and I've tried sliding on them for agers, you can still get 180's around just they are loud and not good slide wheel, but if you're looking for a great downhill that goes fats, get these. worth a buy
If u want to slide u need wheels with ROUNDED edges. Also the harder the better for sliding. I love these wheels but alas... No sliding for me.
good wheels
sweet ride
Great wheel
Just recently got these wheels (80a) and so far they are one of the better wheels I have ridden. Would recommend
shitty wheels
these work okay as a condom, but for wheels they suck cock
Awesome (80a)
the fastest ive gone on these is 35 mph and they were awesome. so smooth and grippy. not bad at all for sliding when you break them in. get these!
great wheels (80a)
People saying theyre bad for a sliding must not have broken them in fully. Mine are full broken in and I only use them for freeride now and maybe abit of tech dh. Same with the 80a 4prez, great sliding wheel when broken in. Definitely recommend these to anyone
Good for mostly everything
Great wheels all around, just take some time to break in. i have the 83a and it still take a lot to make them slide. If you want good cruising, carving, and downhill wheels these are great
Pure (75mm 80a)
I have owned 2 sets of these wheels and they are the only ones I will ever buy. I do not slide, but I would imagine these would not be your best choice of sliding wheel. If you cruise and do some hills 40+ MPH this will be perfect. Very grippy. I ride these on my Landyachtz Switch 40 with some 44 Calibers and Zealous.

Would recommend.
there ok
i was looking for slidding wheels the are not made for slidding.
good wheels over all
i got thease wheels 2 moths ago and they are still very good. if u want sliding wheels DONT get these they r very grippy.they are very good if u want to go really fast. the only reason they r 4 star is becouse it is very diffucult to slid with.
Breaking in takes long
These wheels are good i hace the 83a and it took me 3 weeks to break them in because they are so durable but overall good DH wheel when broke-in they good for sliding
Great Downhill Wheels
These wheels are great for downhill. I bought the 86a yellows and they keep me going fast and grippy without sacrificing any sliding ability. They take some time to break in, but afterward they're amazing! I highly recommend these wheels!
Great Wheels
Great, Fast wheels made for downhill. 80a's are great
