Orangatang Stimulus Freeride Purple Wheels 70mm 80a
Designed for Freeriding: Grippy when needed with consistent slide characteristics; a good all around wheel.
Offset design and a relatively wide contact patch for grip (although not as grippy as a Carving/Slalom style wheel like the 4 Presidents). Rounded lips with stiff flex characteristics for clean slide initiation and smooth, chatter-free slides. Stone ground surface for consistent slides right out of the box and more consistent wear over the life of the wheel.

Orange Stimulus freerides

Good wheels for downhill but they take a lot to kick out, even though they have the stone ground finish they take quite a bit to kick out. I take them out mainly on hills they drift but they don't slip out from underneath of you. I had got up to 30-40 my and they still work great, they are great for carving and cruising around but if you are a beginner I would go for a harder durometer because it takes quite a but to slide with them, otherwise they are great wheels.

Wow wow wow, these wheels are amazing. I started with the yellow stims and thought they were too loud. Once i got comfortable with slides, i moved down a few duros, to these babies. These are my favorite wheels on the planet. They are super soft and the slides are sugary, they are also soft enough to grip all your technical dh turns. I was using the 86 a's for dh before and wow i won't do that again, especially after i flew into a guard rail after sliding out. hahaha I've ridden them for about a week now and they haven't started to cone yet, even with extensive sliding. There are no cons for these wheels! If you are looking for a sort of all around wheel, with an emphasis on slides that leave subtle than lines, just buy these!!!!!! Perfect size, perfect shape, perfect duro, perfect....

i got these wheels about a week ago and was really excited. the orange color is really bright and looks really sick. i took these out and i have to say after riding the 83a and the 86a these have the cleanest nicest feeling slide. They drift very cleanly and don't make nearly any sound wear as the 86a are kinda loud. the one drawback is they wear faster because they are softer therefor not as durable. if you want them to last, rotate them and slide at speeds below 25. otherwise go for a different wheel. if these were 40 or 45 dollars they would be my favorite wheel.
