HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

What makes us better than AMAZON.COM? We allow you to make changes to your orders AND give you the customer service you crave! Below are some basic instructions on making a change to an order you have already placed:

IT IS EASIER & FASTER TO LOOK UP YOUR INFORMATION!

  1. WE SHIP VERY QUICKLY SO CHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED.
  2. PLEASE EMAIL ORDER CHANGES TO: orderchanges@daddiesboardshop.com OR call if it is DURING BUSINESS HOURS.
  3. INCLUDE: The ORDER NUMBER or the LAST NAME that was used on the order.
  4. CLEARLY specify the changes to product, billing or shipping information.
  5. Provide a phone number where you can be reached if we have questions about your changes.

WHAT IS A BILLING ADDRESS?

The BILLING ADDRESS is the address to which your credit card bill is mailed to. We need this to be accurate, even if you are shipping to a different location. If you do not use the correct billing address on your order we will need to speak with you BEFORE your order can be shipped. Use the correct billing address if you want your order to ship quickly!

SPECIAL REQUESTS:

If you have not placed an order but have special requests please type them into the comments box at the end of the checkout process. If it is to substitute a component on a complete skateboard we will adjust your total and charge you the adjusted amount.
