The 2011 Rayne NEMESIS is here! This Nemesis comes top mounted with a deep tub concave and a 1" dropped platform large enough to feel comfortable no matter what the occasion - perfect for quick aggressive maneuvering. Lighter and shorter than the Demonseed, this deck offers all the stability and comfort in a tighter, smaller package ready to thrash tighter turns. Slashing your way through alleys or effortlessly bombing the steep grades, this villain is shaking things up. The variable wheelbase at 32" and 33"allows the rider to customize their set-up, while taller ride height of the the top mount allows the rider to leverage their turning while still maintaining a low center of gravity. The Nemesis is ideal for freeriding and downhill racing.

rayne nemesis israel portillo (Falls Church VA) 12/2/2011 10:14 AM this board is probably the best board that i have ever owned, its awesome for commuting and packs a hellofa punch when it comes to downhill, ive ridden this board through everything you name it, rain , shine, sleet, and even snow!!! its definetly worth everything buck. ive had two setups with this board, a downhill one with 42randals flipped and otang purp durians with green double barrel venom bushings. then a freeride one with 44 caliber trucks and abec11 flashbacks and the bearings i have for both setups are rush all weather ceramics with spacers ... guys get this board its the best investment you will ever make.

Rayne handcrafts every board, which would explain the price. It is really a quality board. You will not be disappointed. Recommended components: -184mm Caliber Trucks 50degree -72mm Abec11 Freeride Wheels (84a if your heavy, 81a if your medium, 78a if your light) -Bearings don't matter just get bones reds or something cheap -Get spacers and I recommend small risers so you can be as close to the ground as possible and not getwheelbite

Don't worry bout it Ian M. (Carson City, NV) 4/3/2011 8:45 PM Okay so I bought this board from my friend cuz I wanted something that I could learn to slide on easily, and go fast downhills. I loved the look of the evo, spud, and switch from landyachtz but they just seemed to low for me. I had seen some rayne boards and didn't seem too impressed, but then I saw the Nemesis. I'm 6'4" 180 lbs and this is the perfect size. There's a little bit of bounce and flex for me. I learned heel, backside heel, toe, and coleman slides all within a few hours of one day. This thing doesn't get the wobbles either. I use 180 randals with yellow stims and it slides super super easily. I don't have any complaints whatsoever for this board. It also has good concave, my feet don't move at all. It's my perfect and ideal longboard. If you like going fast and sliding everywhere, just get it.

Slides on this board are predictable and controllable all the way through. The drop provides so much stability for quick, aggressive maneuvers. I know i sound just like the company's description but its because its true. Yes 190 for wood is steep but i guarantee its worth every penny. Best investment i have made in my life. Buy it.

Orgasmic K-Risma (British Columbia) 10/3/2010 6:39 PM The pockets really lock you in. The board is super stable and I learned most of my slides on this beautiful deck. The thing is basically indestructibly. The width is bearable and it is not very noticeable. The standing platform is much larger than some would think, so smaller people around 5' 6" might have a little trouble fitting you feet into those pockets.
