Need to Return/Exchange Your Purchase? It's easy!

We love our products, and we hope you do too. However, if you need to return something or make an exchange, it’s okay! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange.

Here are the rules of the road:

• You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be in new condition and in the original box and/or packaging.
• If you received free shipping, you will be refunded for the price of the merchandise only, not the cost of the shipping. If you reject a package and/or have it sent back to us, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. However, if we made an error, we will refund your entire purchase price plus pay for return shipping (we will send you a prepaid shipping label).
• No returns are allowed on clearance items. These sales are final. Sorry!
• All shipping discrepancies (missing/incorrect items) must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package.

How to Start Your Product Return:

Send an email to returns@daddiesboardshop.com

Include the following:
Full Name
Order Number
Product(s)
Whether you want a refund or exchange.
Reason for return

You will then receive an email with return instructions and an RMA (Authorization Number). You must post this number on the outside of the box you are returning.

Once the package is returned and inspected, we will either refund or exchange the merchandise according to your instructions.

Refunds from a returned product will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the product.
