RETURN POLICY

It’s no problem if you need to return a product, even custom built longboards. Here are the details:

  • You can return an item up to 30 days after you purchased it.
  • Products must be in new and unused condition.
  • You will receive a full refund. If you received free shipping, you will receive a full refund less our original shipping cost to you. However, if we made an error, you will not be charged for shipping.
  • No refunds on clearance items. Sorry! Those sales are final.
  • Any shipping problems — for example, missing or incorrect items — must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package.
