Returns and/or exchanges: It does happen sometimes.
We love our products and we hope you do too. If you want to return something or make an exchange, it’s okay!
Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy, and it's painless.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the new condition you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging. Opened DVDS’s may be exchanged for the same title only.
Return shipping is absolutely free if we made an error with your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
Sorry, but if you received FREE SHIPPING on your original order and you simply changed your mind and want to return the item, you will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping costs. If we made an error on your order, you will receive a full refund.
DID YOU BUY A CLEARANCE ITEM? Sorry, but all clearance sales are final

- How to Start Your Product Return:
- Send an email to returns@daddiesboardshop.com
- Include the following: full name, order number, products and reason for return.
- You will then receive an email with return instructions and a RMA Authorization Number. You must post this number on the outside of the box you are returning.
- Ship the product to:

- Once the package is returned and inspected, we will either refund or exchange the merchandise according to your instructions. *We make it easy for you, but we do reserve the right to assess a 25% restocking fee if the return does not meet the return guidelines or the product is not in “new condition”.

WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
Refunds from a returned product are typically issued the same day that the item arrives in our store. It can take up to 7 days for your bank to apply the credit but rest assured we processed the refund immediately.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
Products are warranted by the manufacturers against manufacturing defects. This does not include wear and tear damage and they are very smart so don’t try to slip one over on them. Warranties also do not cover impact damage. Just like a car, any crash damage is not covered by the manufacturer warranty. If you believe you have a defective product report it immediately. Worn out products, even if they appear to be defective are rarely approved for replacement.

TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
Call us to discuss the defect and be prepared to email us digital photos of the problem so we can get approval for the replacement from the manufacturer. Give us a couple days to get the approval and we will arrange for the replacement product to be sent out to you.
