RETURN POLICY
Need to Return/Exchange Your Purchase? It's easy!
It happens sometimes. We love our products and we hope you do too. If you want to return something or make an exchange, it’s okay!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Products must be in the new condition you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging.
Opened DVDS’s may be exchanged for the same title only.
IMPORTANT
If you received FREE SHIPPING on your original order and you simply changed your mind and want to return the item we have to recover the cost of shipping. You will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping costs.
Return shipping is absolutely free if we made an error with your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS or USPS label to return the item to us.

How to Start Your Product Return:
Send an email to returns@daddiesboardshop.com
Include the following:
Full Name
Order Number
Product(s)
Reason for return
You will then receive an email with return instructions and an RMA (Authorization Number).
You must post this number on the outside of the box you are returning.
Ship the product to:

Once the package is returned and inspected, we will either refund or exchange the merchandise according to your instructions.
*We make it easy for you, but we do reserve the right to assess a 25% restocking fee if the return does not meet the return guidelines or the product is not in “new condition”.
Refunds
Refunds from a returned product are typically issued the same day that the item arrives in our store. It can take up to 7 days for your bank to apply the credit but rest assured we processed the refund immediately.

WARRANTY
Warranty Information & Making a Warranty Claim
All products are warranted by the manufacturer so Daddies cannot approve a replacement directly. Each manufacturer makes their own call, we just help you get it processed in a timely manner. Call us to discuss the defect and be prepared to email us digital photos of the problem so we can get approval for the replacement from the manufacturer.

If you are sending photos of a board include a close up of the defect as well as a photo of the entire board top and bottom.
Products are warranted by the manufacturers against manufacturing defects. This does not include wear and tear damage and they are very smart so don’t try to slip one over on them. Warranties also do not cover impact damage. Just like a car, any crash damage is not covered by the manufacturer warranty. If you believe you have a defective product report it immediately. Worn out products, even if they appear to be defective are rarely approved for replacement.
A few things not covered by a warranty:
Misuse, abuse, getting hit by a bus, run over by a car, impact damage (running into a hard thing at any speed), jumping on it, leaving it in the rain . . . |
