I dont ride the setup shown just the deck with Paris 195's, abec11 gumballs, and bones super swiss. I like the W concave but takes some getting used to as far as pushing. Not the best carver but great over lander and bomber. Funky drop through cut outs (preferenced towards gullwings but alittle dremel action and its all good. All in all nice deck (gull wing trucks and sector nine wheels are horible, along with s.9. bearings,) but put that aside and a good intermediate deck...

Let me start of with the bad, just to mix it up. Some of you may argue with this but as a stereotype, sector 9 is a mediocre company. Their decks are very nice and high quality but their trucks and wheels aren't worth anything as far as my experiece goes. I have owned 2 sector 9 longboards and ridden many more. I am actually still riding this deck though, because they do make high quality bamboo boards. This has some nice flex to it but not too much. You can bottom it out but unless you jump up and down on it, you wont. I have had this for a year or so and it is still in good condition even with the curb hits that it has taken. The plys have staid together and there are no cracks in it. I would really recommend getting some new trucks for this. I ride mine with original S-10s which are very fun but can be a bit unstable for bombing big hills. I use Abec 11 gumballs as well. This setup is a very nice one for the casual cruiser/carver. Also if you have the higher duro ones it is a drifting machine. It isnt very good for standup 180s or anything but you can fishtail around corners at higher speeds like no other. Overall, this would be a great beginner or intermediate "just -for-fun" board but after a while you will want to upgrade to something like a landyachts or loaded board. For the beginners: this is perfect for you.
