this is a great board for whatever u r up to either sliding ,downhill, one problem i have is it gets a little thinner towards the end of the board so it can get alittle wierd doing 180's and theres not alot of room on the nose and tail for manuals . it wil have decent flex for anyone about 120 to 140lbs
