Set of 8 Black Ball Ceramic bearings and 4 spacers.
Rubber coated shield is removable for easy cleaning. Ceramic bearing balls weigh up to 40% less than steel bearing balls, depending on size. This reduces centrifugal loading and skidding, so hybrid ceramic bearings can operate 20% to 40% faster than conventional bearings. This means that the outer race groove exerts less force inward against the ball as the bearing spins. This reduction in force reduces the friction and rolling resistance. The lighter ball allows the bearing to spin faster, and uses less energy to maintain its speed.

You can´t decide between Bones Ceramic Reds and these???? Stop right there and by these!!!! They are amazing and MUCH MUCH better than bones ceramic reds. They last longer, work better and repell dirt more effectively

I've had theses things since April '09 and I have thrashed them ever since. I coned up some red 70mm raceforms with these and have skated them pretty much every day. Bottom line is I haven't noticed and degradation in performance at all. Super fast, roll great,decently priced.
When u clean them make sure the shields are straight , if not the will touch the balls and make a wub wub wub sound when u spin them

So, I decided to upgrade my bearings last month, and got these things to replace my stock Abec 5's on my S9. When I got these things, I immediately replaced them in my 81mm race formula wheels. I got a bearing spin of 3:10 right out the box! Regardless to say, these go really fast (hit 35 mph on a sector 9 lombok deck). Recommended for anyone who wants cheap, yet effective ceramics.

These bearings are great, they accelerate fast and keep their speed and are not that prizy for ceramics.
The first downhill that I raced with them I finished 2. I totally recomend them if you are gonna buy them.
