Your order must be over $25.00 and you must pick FREE SHIPPING. If you pick UPS GROUND or any other method you will be charged the appropriate shipping fee.

Smaller items are shipped USPS Mail - Transit times usually take 2-5 days for delivery.
USPS Prioirty Mail typically delivers in 2-3 days!

Larger items such as longboard skateboards and snowboards are shipped UPS Ground 3-7 Business Days transit time. See the UPS transit map below for an estimate.

Please keep this in mind if you have an urgent delivery date.  We take no responsibility for time in transit when FREE SHIPPING is picked by the customer.

Orders placed before 2PM PST Monday-Friday will typically ship the same day. Please select FREE SHIPPING, you can expect your order to be delivered in 1-2 business days.

HOW FAST WILL IT SHIP?
Orders for items in-stock almost always ship within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. On those very, very, very rare occasions (holidays) where we do miss the 24 hour window, it will be done within 48 hours max!

SIGNATURE REQUIRED
If you want a little extra protection for your shipment, you can request to REQUIRE A SIGNATURE for delivery of your order. Otherwise all orders are shipped without a Signature Required. There are some locations where the UPS or USPS delivery person will not leave the package due to safety concerns. They will leave a notice for you but we do not have control over their judgment call.

MILITARY ADDRESSES
We ship USPS mail to APO and FPO. Please click "checkout" and input your shipping address to receive a shipping cost. You can expect see your order in 7-10 business days.

If you cannot receive USPS shipments please specify in the order comments that your order must be shipped with UPS.

ALL SHIPPING DISCREPENCIES (MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS) MUST BE
REPORTED WITHIN 72 HOURS (3 DAYS) OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIMS FOR MISSING ITEMS AFTER THAT TIME FRAME.
