FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $25

How Free Shipping Works

Your order must be over $25.00 and you must pick FREE SHIPPING. If you pick UPS GROUND, you will be charged the appropriate shipping fee.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, International Orders are Excluded from Free Shipping.
Smaller items are shipped USPS Mail - Transit times usually take 2-5 days for delivery
Larger items such as longboard skateboards and snowboards are shipped UPS Ground 3-7 Business Days transit time. UPS DOES NOT COUNT SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AS TRANSIT DAYS. Please keep this in mind if you have an urgent delivery date. We take no responsibility for time in transit when FREE SHIPPING is picked by the customer.

Orders placed before 2:00pm PST Monday-Friday usually ship the same business day.
NO INTERNET ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY

Orders placed before 2PM PST Monday-Friday will typically ship the same day. Please select FREE SHIPPING, you can expect your order to be delivered in 1-2 business days.
MILITARY ADDRESSES - We ship USPS mail to APO and FPO. Please enter the checkout and input your shipping address to receive a shipping cost. You can expect see your order in 7-10 business days.
If you cannot receive USPS shipments please specify in the order comments that your order must be shipped UPS.

UPS transit times are 2-5 business days
USPS transit times are 7-14 business days.
(There are times when your package is stuck in customs and it can take up to 3 weeks before the package is released.)

IMPORT TAXES
Daddies is not responsible for any import taxes levied by your country on international orders. If you refuse to pay import or customs tax levied by the country, your order may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by authorities. If this occurs you will NOT be entitled to any REFUND from Daddies Board Shop.
REFUSED AND/OR ATTEMPTED DELIVERY
If you choose to abandon your package, you will not be issued a refund. If the carrier attempts to deliver your package and you are not present to take possession of the package, it is your responsibility to find out who the carrier is and where the package is. We have no control over customs or carriers in your country. If a delivery attempt has been made, this fulfills our obligation for delivery and you will not be refunded for any package that was not delivered because you were not present at the time.

AUSTRALIA SIZE LIMITS

For AUSTRALIA, longboards/snowboards have to be 42” and under to ship USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL. If the package is longer than 42”, it must ship via UPS STANDARD. This includes all snowboard and longboards.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

We can ship a snowboard via USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL mail if the snowboard is 154cm and UNDER. The box cannot be longer than 60”.
If the snowboard is 155cm and up, it MUST ship UPS Standard.

As long as your order is placed by 11am TUESDAY through FRIDAY your order will be delivered by 5pm the same day by Senvoy® on-demand delivery services.
