I got this board not too long ago and it is my first longboard. Not only does it look like a surfboard but its also extremley fun to ride at a very affordable price. The only complaint i have about it is the wheelbite. If you make a sharp turn or try to carve too much, the board will hit the wheel and you will go flying, but you just have to be cautious, other than that i recommend it to beginner longboarders that are going just for a smooth ride, surf one makes beautiful deck designs, good for beginners and intermediate longboarders, but my next board will be one with drop through trucks, because i love to carve and slide.

Well personally i love this board. it was my first, and i had many, many good times on it. the only thing i didn't like were the factory wheels, so get o'tangs instead. everyone LOVES this longboard. people go crazy when they see this thing, and I've gotten countless offers to buy it. my favorite long board so far. :)

First of all, let me thank Dan and the fine folks at Daddies. You all are the best and will always get my business exclusively. I just received this board. It is my first longboard and I can't say enough about it. Everywhere I go, people are crazy about it. I can't get anywhere because everyone wants to stop and talk about it. I got the Abec 84a Grippins, the Randall 180's, Bones Reds, and spacers. I use this setup for casual cruising to work and school. I don't think I'll drive a car again...lol. I think the setup I got was perfect for any weather. When I order my next board, I will get another Pakala III (there are just beautiful), the Grippins 88a's, and the premium swiss bearings and use it for fair weather only. Thanks for everything Ian
