Nothing's goes with a new set of wheels better than a fresh set of bearings. If you're not sure what bearings do, they're what makes the wheels (and the entire board) move. They fit tightly and stay inside the wheel hubs using pressure. All skateboard bearings are sold in sets of 8 (2 per wheel).
If the board is to be used for all-around riding or getting around town, spacers are NOT needed. Spacers sit between the bearings in the wheel and provide additional stability for more advanced riding.
Used to keep the bolts on your board nice and tight and/or to assemble the board.
Lubricant and cleaning kits are used to keep the bearings in the wheels turning quickly and smoothly; if this is your first board, these upgrades are not necessary. Make sure you love to ride first!

These wheels are made from a secret blend of top grade polyurethanes, manufactured with the finest equipment, backed by 36 years of industry-leading experience in our own wheel factory in Santa Barbara, Ca. There are no other wheels like these.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS
Awesome in every way
Once you break these wheels in, which doesn't take too long, they are amazing! The first thing I noticed when I started riding These wheels was how fast they are. They accelerate really quickly, getting you up to speed in no time. The speed you get reminds me a lot of RADs which are definitely a step above most wheels in this category.

They have a really nice predictable and consistent glidey slide. Every time you go to throw out a slide, you know exactly what to expect. A nice release, a smooth slide, and a clean hookup. They give you the perfect amount of resistance and slide for days. I always feel confident riding These wheels.

When I first started riding them, I did some downhill on them and they were great. They gripped corners well and slid where I wanted them to. I haven't done any downhill on them in a while because I'm not sure how the grip has held up since they have been getting worn down, and not to mention I have another set of pure downhill wheels. I imagine that they would still be fine if I took them out on a run though.

They are extremely durable. I got the 74.5 mm ones and have just now gotten them down to 66 mm. The amount of riding I have put into These wheels would have cored many other wheels. They are also very flat spot resistant. When I got These, I had a really bad habit of going 90. I've fixed that now, but all the times I did go 90 with them they never flat spotted. They don't thane, which is fine by me, but on certain pavements they do leave dark brown or black lines. I'm not sure exactly how that works out but it looks cool regardless.

These are a bit pricey but it is so worth it. They'll last you so long that they will end up saving you money because won't have to replace them any time soon.

I've tried out many freeride wheels such as Freerides, No Skoolz, Fly Wheels, Stims, Race Forms, 9Balls, Swingers, Classics, but none of them have compared to These. They are easily my favorite wheel I've ever ridden and I couldn't be happier with them. Thank you These for making such an awesome wheel. I highly recommend These to everyone.
so nice...
I currently am riding an apex40diamonddrop with caliber trucks, these wheels are amazing when it comes to freeride and somewhat downhill. they are great for almost anything. the slides are very nice... super icy.. great if you are learning to slide and if ur experienced... they cone a tad bit faster than I thought but they last pretty damn long. GET THEM.... I am on my third set of them... definitely worth the price that they are.
Nice Solid Wheel
I bought These Wheels to go on my Loaded Dervish Sama and absolutely love them. I'm a beginner rider so I'm new to slides. These Wheels are a solid buy that not only will help you learn to slide but continue to last well into your sliding career. They also cruise pretty decently too.
nice wheels!
These are rvery nice wheels. even you are going slow, the will still slide good
Awesome
Defininitely has a unique slide to other wheels. But the slide is AMAZING. I'm not switching wheel brands anymore so that says something.
Just perfect!
These Wheels pretty much slide out of the box! Mine have barely worn down since the summer and only have minor chunks due to slow sliding. the faster you slide the butterier they are and the slide is so predictable, that you have complete control over every slide. I've tried using some Abec 11 Centerset Freerides but they do not come close to the way These wheels perform. Seriously buy These Wheels, they are worth it!
These wheels are sooooo smooth
These wheels are sooooo smooth and i would say they areworth every penny! They don't wear down and are good for beginners to experts or intermediate riders! Plus they shipped very fast I got them in 3 days!!! hope this helps
They slide amazing but are a bit uncontrollable.
At first I totally loved These wheels because they felt like if you were gliding over the pavement. It was super easy to do rotations and quick checks but when doing long stand-up slides they felt like ice. I felt like if I was gonna fall on my butt every single time. I'm gonna buy a set of the 727 formula because I heard they were a bit more controllable than the 717.

I would recommend the 717's to beginners or riders who slide at slow speeds because of the little resistance they offer.
Worth the price
I've been riding these for about 2-3 months now and each time I get a consistent buttery slide like a fresh pair of stone ground otangs. The wheels haven't lasted as long as I expected but longer than most wheels. They have stayed shallowly coned their entire life after like the first two weeks but nothing very serious and are starting to chip and break apart as i am getting near the red core but they still slide wonderfully. Overall an amazing wheel and defiantly worth every penny in my opinion.
Hope they're worth it
Just ordered and I hope they are worth it. I will post a review when I get them.
Great Wheels
These wheels are definitely five stars and are great for sliding & freeride. The only downside is that if you are thinking these wheels will stay white forever you are wrong. When you first start riding with them they will turn a nice shade of barf color then when you start sliding they will be black. I've been riding with them for a few months now and I haven't noticed the wheels getting much smaller so they should last a while.
Consistent slide, smooth release, and VERY durable. Best combination
Have had 'These' wheels for about a little bit more than 2 months now and have worn down maybe 1/4 of the size on a 2012 Rayne Avenger with 44 Caliber trucks. I skate 2-4 times a week (Yes, I know it's not a lot due to weather conditions. But when I do skate, I llove pushing my limits as far and long as I can go.). They have not disappointed me at any time during my sessions, now I can't turn to any other wheel. The price is a bit steep, but is worth it in my opinion.
worth the muns
These wheels are very worth the price. the have a pretty nice roll speed grip perfect and slide so so smooth.
*sorry forgot to say with 44 caliber trucks*
*sorry forgot to say with 44 caliber trucks*
if you want a freeride wheel buy these wheels
all i can say is i got these at my local shop put them on my new db longboards lunchtray and right out the shop down a hill going about 25mph i got nice 180's and fs/bs slides. all i know is "these" wheels are my got to freeride wheel hands down they hold a good line when needed to ive taken them 30mph and they carve nice and break out smooth for slides. BEST WHEEL 4 FREERIDE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
these Wheels man
I have been riding them for about a month now. It's worth it for the price they will last you much longer than some other wheels. My set up looks so sick. Such a smooth slide. They are great for anyone who slides.
fucking awsome
these wheels are the shit they slide nice just awsome
Really good wheel
I just got 'these' wheels and they are awesome. I put them on my 46 fsm with some 44 Cals and they rock. The first time you slide on them they are a bit grippy like the valonte Morgans. But after that they feel like the butterballs but they don't leave alot of thane and don't flat spot as easily. Given the fact that these wheels are manufactured by by stacey peralta, they will not let you down
Wonderous wheels
bought 'these' and now i cant turn back, they grip nicely so you get a perfect smooth slide, they look so madd on a board.
simply they glid, get a pair of these
Good
Just bought them today from my local skate shop, experimented them on a few surfaces. I found them a bit noisy at first but the slide was great. If you're looking for a new freeride wheel, i reccomend these.
