These wheels are great for beginners, for one the never flatspot, they take a while to break in but slide like butter.I learned to slide on these and I like them better than my flash backs
Great set of wheels
ive had these for about a month now, and so far i have loved them. they dont wear very easily and they are a nice fast freeride wheel. ive slid up and around 30 mph on them and acdcidentally have gone 90 a few times and little to no flat spots. on the right pave they can have that slide forever feeling on them at the right angle and with the 75mm size, ive gotten them to the lip in about 3 weeks and a few days with about 4-5 days a week of heavy shredding, and up until here they havent iced out or became unpredictable, once you get to the lip where it starts to chip alot is when they do, like most other wheels. so my advice to you, it youre a fast freerider that wants to get some fun in, get THESE!!!
Awesome Everything wheel
I've put about around 12 hours into these wheels already and they are the best wheels i have ever had. they are the biggest pain to break in though, i had to do about 30 colemans at 30 mph to get them to a decent slide. once theyre broken in they will give you one of the best slides out there, i can do everything from long standies, to easy 360s to predrifts with ease. they are kinda hard to break in slow slides so i dont recomend them for beginners, but once youre into the faster stuff, they are butter. nice roll speed, decently light for push, but dont think of these as a wheel you will have for the rest of your life like i did, i have already worn them down 3mm in three days, but theyll last you a good time
"One Stop Shop Wheel"
THESE wheels are your one stop shop wheel. They do everything (downhill, slide, freeride, cruise, push, etc.) great! If you are looking for one wheel that will allow you to perform at a high level in every area, THESE wheels are it! My RAD wheels give me a fast, fast, smooth ride but don't handle corners or curves as well as THESE wheels. My Volante/Liam Morgans and Ozone Cloud Rides, slide great but are not as fast and smooth as THESE wheels. The perfect name for the perfect wheel!
80a is meant for people 130+ lbs for sliding but, the 78a have a smoother cruise :\
Question for Dan
I just ordered these wheels in 78a. what do you think is the better buy for me the 80a or 78a. I weight 140lb and I only use my longboard for traveling around the city and some hills(no slides). I hope I picked the right one
They are perfect fast freeride wheel they do good downhill at first then there not that good but amazing for cruising and sliding! Also if u ride oragatang wheels there is a big difference for the better. Great wheels worth the money
Do they fit
Will the 75mm one fit on my tantien
These never flat spot and there amazing I can hold 90 long and they won't flat spot you wanna slide good and be amazing these will help you Accomplish that they last soo long to mine are not coned but just rotate them every once and awhile and these won't do u wrong
Best Wheels Ever
I just got These wheels today, before broken it, they're really choppy slides and tend to skip. It takes quite a bit to break em in but once you break them in they slide like butter. They grip when you need them to, but you kick em to the side and they just go. They have a great roll speed and pick up speed really fast, they're at their best for fast freeride.
Ok so i got these wheels in march of this year and im only just getting 180s and 90s stands perfected i only ride about twice a week for about 2hours a session and my front left wheel and back right wheel are really coned and for about $70 its not worth it get some mini zombies or some velontes
do they thsne
These are so fast and controlled. My friends were telling me I was doing 180s and 360 slide faster that day. I was way more comfortable doing stand ups at faster speeds. I haven't iced out yet. They only took my like 20 long Coleman's to break em in. The locals were telling me I was going as fast as the cars at my spot. Epic wheel! These lasts 3x as long as other wheels. A must have for people who like holding out big standies and fast freeriding.
Best Wheels ive shredded yet
Ok so i wanted to wait a while before i did a review on these so i could get a good feel for them. 1st THERE BUTTERY WHEN WARM!! there great for long standies because they don't like to ice out. they ride great when wet outside, have a nice comfortable feel when breaking into slides. 2nd for downhill there ok, on medium size hills their where its at, but hitting speeds anything over 50 on a a non-perfect road, it'll feel like your floating and if you turn suddenly you'll start to slide and eat some pavement. 3rd there great for pushing around town and mobbin over some rough pavement when CRUISING. they come almost broken in, and slide great right out the box! These Wheels do leave thane marks but only sometimes and they hardly wear down. I can honestly say they worth the money 1 because there great wheels and 2 they last almost 3 times as long as a normal pair of wheels! If you Do decide to get a pair of These Wheels make sure u get the 75mm 78a green core pair, and if your looking for a downhill wheel wait a little while because Kevin Reimer is working a These Downhill Wheel that should be out soon!
