WARRANTY

Warranty Information & Making a Warranty Claim

All products are warranted by the manufacturer itself so Daddies cannot approve a replacement directly. Each manufacturer has its own policy. Our job is to contact the manufacturer on your behalf and help you get a warranty claim processed in a timely matter.

Products are typically warranted by manufacturers against manufacturing defects only. This does not include wear and tear damage, including impact damage. Just like a car, crash damage is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, worn out products are rarely approved for replacement. In a nutshell, misuse, abuse, getting hit by a bus, run over by a car, impact damage (running into a hard thing at any speed), jumping on it, leaving it in the rain…none of these are covered by warranty.

If there is a true manufacturer’s defect, email info@daddiesboardshop.com and we’ll take care of you.

In your email, please provide the following:

  • Your full name
  • Order Number
  • Defective product(s)
  • Explanation of defect
  • Photos of defect. It’s critical we have photos to pass along to the manufacturer. Please make sure the photos clearly show the damage.
