My setup was omen mini sugar, reds bearings, (btw I got 83a) caliber 44 and it was amazing for everything I could throw at it I recede these wheels for mostly any thing besides big downhill. But overall AMAZING!!!!!
I have the 86a purples, and they are fantastic for sliding. I'm not great at sliding, but these babies make sliding absolutely a dream. Extremely predictable, reliable, and very much progressive.
I am mainly using these wheels to get further into sliding (I can only do toe side kneel-downs), and these have made it a lot easier, without giving up too much grip - in fact, these are only slightly less grippy than my Morgans (80), but much more slidy. They are of course, much smaller than my Big Zigs (and obviously less grippy), and yet I'm still more than willing to go fast on a steep hill with these - the confidence they give me when sliding more than makes up for the lack of grip (which isn't needed when you need to speed check anyway!)
Overall: I'd highly recommend these. Awesome price and colors, comes with sweet stickers (everyone loves stickers), and great place to get started when it comes to learning how to slide. They are a great middle ground between the super duper ridiculously hard wheels (90+) and the super squishy grippy wheels (78a on the Big Zigs).
The ground vibration is mostly dampened, but still pronounced compared to much softer wheels - but this is to be expected.
Would definitely buy again.
