good with speed 83s
When I got these is was about the steeze life, didn't really like all the grip, I left them on the shelf. I started riding downhill and man I like these way more, Ive yet to get a new set since. I like the way the slide at 30+.
Fantastic set of wheels
Some of the most steeziest wheels I have ever ridden. I'll reorder them when ever mine core. I highly recommend these set of wheels.
These wheels are good and all but they are a bit grippy. I ride the 83a and they slide pretty well. These wheels are very good for cruising and is a very smooth ride. But I would recommend these wheels for faster free ride.
I was very unsure about these wheels when I got them, but they have officially become my favorite wheel. Also this wheel does not chatter at all like other orangatangs. Let's put it this way it slides and hooks up like butterballs, but it doesn't wear down fast at all! This wheel doesn't leave thane lines, but makes up for it by not having to buy a new set of wheels every month, which unless your sponsored is hard to come by. These wheels grip when you want them to but slide amazingly when told to. I'm able to hard carve without it slipping out. Just get these wheels, first slide out of the box, just perfect. Just get them.
Expensive but hey, that's otang. Slide like a dream, wear slowly and evenly, and roll better/faster than expected. Do yourself a favor and order a set. Now.
these or otangs?
should I get the killmers? or should I get THESE WHEELS?
I would highly recommend cloud ride ozones
1.these don't break on easily
3.no thane at all
5.choppy as hell
I have skated 3 sessions with these and they flatspotted
Slide super smooth have the 83a and have the perfect amount of grip to slip ratio and leave tiny bits of thane and last a super long time and with the core roll for days an AMAZING freeride wheel get them
Best sliding wheels I've had!
i have never had wheels like this! I love these wheels! They don't go out of control when you slide. get these if you like to slide and there good all around.
I got them in 80a and they slide nice and smooth straight out of the box. They have a really consistent wear all the way to the core. The slide is soooooo smooth and consistent.
I'm liken it
Great performance for freeriders, very smooth ride, and these center set wheels are the backbone to a very predictable slide.
Definitely one of my favorite Orangatang sets.
I would suggest other riders to get the 83a's, best of both worlds
They rock! Simply as that, smooth slides and they roll fast as hell, you can roll over almost anything. Still haven't used them enough to see how they wear, but they seem pretty good after a few hours sliding.
The kilmer is only 69mm so it will basically fit on anyboard and i really like that about them. I ride the 86a and there great for everything i can go from cruising to sliding down hills and i love it.
These are great wheels for sliding! if you get them get 86 A's they slide better because they are harder.
I won a set of these at Boomtown 10 halloween slide jam and thus far I am digging them! I have the 83a purples and they are easy to kick out, have a nice smooth release and slide, dont chatter due to the new core, and have a very consistent hook up. I can't wait to see how well this wheel shreds as i burn more thane off of it!
Sweet ass wheels
Really nice wheels, feel like baluts but better. Super smooth and quite. Nice slide, defs worth the moneyz
Loving them already
Got my set 2 days ago, and straight out of the box they broke out and slid perfectly. No noticeable wear after several sessions. They don't seem to have the chatter that many otangs suffer from, either.
Ive only had these wheels for about three days now but i must say they let out some buttery slide, doing my 180 switch has never been easier. Thanks Daddies and Orangatang! Much ove.
Otang Kilmers 80a
DAAAAMMMMNNNN GET SOME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
The Killmers kill em'
To say the least, these wheels are wicked sick. I've ridden them for about 3 or 4 long sessions now, and they've barely worn. So it's safe to say that the life of the wheels is well worth your money. Also, they're probably my new favorite wheel for freeride, above the Cloud Ride Ozones 83a. I got my kilmers in the purple 83a, and they slide like a dream. The release/hookup point is so good and easy to control, these things never ice out either, but maintain slidey. Yet they're not bad while taking corners either. I guess they feel similar to a Rad Release, but are slidier and go farther. Like i said, they wear nice and slow, so only leave purple thanes on the end of a really big standy, but thats totally fine, cus im not worrying about buying new wheels soon. All in all, these things are definitely worth it. I wasn't a fan of other other otang wheels for freeride, but im pressed with these. I'd definitely reccomend to anyone, whether new or very experienced; it's a good buy.
These shouldnt be online right now. Daddies is breaking the rules set by Orangatang and deserves to have their account pulled.
