Standard International 8-13 business days • Your package will either be delivered by your local courier or FedEx, depending on the package weight and destintation.
• There are no brokerage fees associated with this shipping method. Any applicable taxes, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and are collected at delivery.
FedEx Economy International 5-6 business days • A great option for very fast delivery times at reasonable prices.
• There are no brokerage fees associated with this shipping method. Any applicable taxes, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and are collected at delivery.
FedEx Priority International 2-3 business days • Our fastest delivery method.
• There are no brokerage fees associated with this shipping method. Any applicable taxes, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and are collected at delivery.

Shipping rates are displayed in checkout, before you place your order.

Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you after your order ships. If you don't receive tracking information but believe your order should have already shipped, please check your Junk Mail email folder to see if our email to you is there.

You can expect your order to ship out the same day it’s placed if ordered by 3pm ET on a Business Day. Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm ET or over the weekend will ship out the following Monday.*

Customs, Tariffs, Duties, and Brokerage Fees

• International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc.

• These costs are NOT included in the shipping costs you pay when you place your order with us.

• These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Daddies cannot provide information about these fees. Please contact your customs office for detailed information.

• If you refuse a package at customs, customs will either destroy it or send it back to us (we have no control over this). If they destroy it, you will not be entitled to a refund. If they send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if the product is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product shipped back to us.

Payment Methods

Our international customers can pay with PayPal or any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express). All prices on our website are denominated in US Dollars.

Brands We Can’t Ship Internationally

The following companies do not allow their products to be shipped internationally: Arbor, Capita, Libtech, GoPro, K2, Never Summer, Coal, Oakley, Nixon, RVCA, Salomon, Vans, and Volcom.

Additional Shipping Information

*Orders placed after 3 PM ET on a Business Day or not on a Business Day will ship out the following Business Day. The 10% late shipment discount applies to the order value, excluding shipping. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, official US holidays (e.g. Christmas, Labor Day, Memorial Day) and the day before and after official US Holidays (these are often observed by our shipping carriers as holidays). The 10% discount does not apply under the following circumstances: (i) if there is an issue with your order, such as a need for additional payment verification which causes a processing delay and (ii) circumstances beyond the control of Daddies including, but not limited to, extreme weather events, facility damages, carrier mistakes, and any other third party problems that would affect our ability to process orders and are outside of our control.
