Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you after your order ships. If you don't receive tracking information but believe your order should have already shipped, please check your Junk Mail email folder to see if our email to you is there. Packages are delivered without a signature required to provide greater customer convenience. Customers are responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. If you would like to have a signature required for delivery, please email Customer Service at email@example.com and we can add the requirement for a $5.00 if the order has not already been processed.
Payment methods We accept Paypal, Venmo (through Paypal), Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
International Orders: Customs, Tariffs, Duties, and Brokerage Fees
• International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc.
• These costs are NOT included in the shipping costs you pay when you place your order with us. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be due upon delivery of your order.
• Daddies cannot provide information about these fees. Please contact your customs office for detailed information.
• If you refuse a package at customs, customs will either destroy it or send it back to us (we have no control over this). If they destroy it, you will not be entitled to a refund. If they send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if the product is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product shipped back to us.
Brands We Can’t Ship Internationally
The following companies do not allow their products to be shipped internationally: Arbor, Capita, Coal, GoPro, K2, Libtech, Nike, Nixon, Oakley, RVCA, Salomon, Timberland, Vans, and Volcom.
*Orders will ship on the same day they are placed if done so before 3PM ET on a business day. However, a shipment may be delayed (i) if there is an issue with your order such as a need for additional payment verification which causes a processing delay; (ii) if the order was placed between Thanksgiving and the following Tuesday (the vast majority of these orders will ship on the same Business Day if placed by 3 PM ET but there is a chance it will ship two Business days after order placement); or (iii) circumstances beyond the control of Daddies including, but not limited to, COVID-19, extreme weather events, facility damage, shipping carrier mistakes or software outages, and any other third party problems that would affect our ability to process orders and are outside of our control.
